He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Ray and Carla Nelson; and his brother Kevin Nelson. He is survived by: his son Timothy Nelson; his grandson Alex Nelson; his siblings, Angela Jones (Dennis) and Jeff Nelson (Lisa); his close friend Theresa Singleton; Jimmie, Dawne, Mirah and Brittany. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Rose Hill Cemetery (601 Everly Brothers Blvd, Central City, KY 42330).
