He is survived by: his son Jason Sowell of Cerulean; his grandchildren, Jesse Sowell, Heather Haney (John Luke) and Lara Walker; and his siblings, Wilton Sowell of Nortonville, KY, Wilmuth Hendricks of Cerulean, Nadine Mize of Cerulean, Nancy Simpson (Glenn) of Cerulean and Martha Nell Menser (Buddy) of Crofton, KY.. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
