He is survived by: his wife Pat Jenkins of Cerulean, KY; his children, Donnie Oliver (Tracy) of Gracey, KY, Michael Jenkins of Pembroke, KY, Tina Smith (Jon) of Lexington, KY and Wendy Thompson of Henderson, KY; his sister Judi DeBow (Richard) of Hopkinsville, KY; his grandchildren, Drake Oliver, Bryce Moore, Alexis Thompson, Jordan Jenkins, Cody Smith, Dani Smith and Dalton Smith; and his great grandchildren, Tate Oliver, Maverick Moore, Brynleigh Shank, Rilyn Slayers and Khloe Slayers.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in his memory to the American Cancer Society or Pennyroyal Hospice.
