She was predeceased by: her former husband Cletus Mitchell; her husband Arvin Lampkin; and her children, Terry Lynn Mitchell and Peggy Hooper. She is survived by: her children, Phyllis Gaines (Greg) of Lawrenceburg, Billy Mitchell of Louisville, Mike Mitchell (Mary) of Bloomfield and Doug Mitchell (Cindy) of Bloomfield. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren.
