He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Sparrow Dean; his children, Karen Seigle (Chad) of Chaplin, Kim Puckett (Chris) of Lawrenceburg and Ron Dean of Lawrenceburg; his brother Donny Dean (Marie) of Nicholasville; his grandchildren, Whitney, Cameron, Chrissy, Shandi, Ethan and Grace; and his great grandchild Kaiden.
