She was predeceased by: her parents, Kelly Stamper and Chloe Morgan Stamper; and her siblings, Ted Stamper, Ethel Joyce Collins and Audrey Owen.
She is survived by: her husband Ruben Watters; her son John Simpson of Hazard, KY; her grandchildren, Brooke Reeves (Brettan), Brayden, Maddy, Atlas Reeves, Peyton Fletcher and Addilynn Webb; and her siblings, Gail Franks of Cadiz, KY, Sharon Lewis of Wooton, KY, Jim Stamper of Morehead, KY and Charles Stamper of Morristown, TN. She is also survived by Nieces, Nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Greg and Noreen Wells Hospice Care Center.
