She was predeceased by: her parent Sim Rice; her grandmother Sizemore Rice; and her husband Donald Edward Napier. She is survived by: her son Donald Rex Napier; her siblings, Bertha Napier, Cleo Mollica and Earnel Rice (Diane); her grandchildren, Rexe'na Napier (Forrest) and Katrina Kaye Napier (Jamie); and her great grandchildren, Niko Fugate and Christian Fugate.

Visitation was held on Friday, September 12th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Victory Assembly of God Church (1 Roy Campbell Dr, Hazard, KY 41701). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Victory Assembly of God (1 Roy Campbell Dr, Hazard, KY 41701).
