He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Combs and Frances Cole Combs; and his siblings, Jerry Combs, Jo Ann Caskey and Zola Combs.
He is survived by: his sons, Craig Feltner (Amy) and David Feltner; his sisters, Marie Prewitt (Wendell) and Kathy Sampsell (Roger); and his grandchildren, Hannah, Millie, Waylon Jo and Kaydee.
A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, September 17th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
