He is survived by: his wife Judy Baker; his children, Misty Baker of Lancaster, KY and Perry Lee Baker (Bethany) of Powell County, KY; his siblings, Elaine Baker of Hazard, KY, Mary Ellen Shoemaker of Clay City, KY, Donna Boston of Lexington, KY, Lora Woerner of Grant County, KY, Melissa Neace of Hazard, KY and Ted Baker of Krypton, KY; his grandchildren, Tyler, Morgan, Allyn, Joseph and Victoria; and his nephew Friends.
