She was predeceased by: her parents, Archie Higdon and Edna Mae Higdon. She is survived by: her children, Glen Lashley (Elaine) of Clarkson, Herbie Mercer of Leitchfield, Anna Mae Murray (Steven) of Leitchfield, Richard Mercer (Vickie) of Leitchfield and Michael Mercer of Elizabethtown; and her brothers, Earl of Indiana and Ronnie Higdon (Marsha) of Indiana. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
