Letner and Dixie May Sissom Letner; his wife Lora Maynell Crabtree Letner; his siblings, James Earl Letner, Katherine Renfro, Susie Roberts, Barbara Thomas, Betty Thomas and Maurcen Letner; his daughter Tammy Letner Minton; and his grandson Anthony Jeff Letner, Jr..
He is survived by: his children, Kathy Duggan (John Duggan), Anthony Letner, Sheila Carroll (Richard Carroll) and Tim Letner; and his brother Doyle Letner (Charlotte). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren.
