He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Ann Burden Cahill; his children, Andy Cahill, Tony Cahill, Jr. (T. J.) and Tiffany Rodriquez (Steven); his siblings, Wayne Blocker, Karen Aubrey and Rita VanMeter (Ricky); and his grandchildren, Clayton, Eleanor Rose, Declan and Emilia.

Viewing will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Leitchfield Funeral Home (2373 Elizabethtown Rd, Leitchfield, KY 42754). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
