He is survived by: his daughters, Kyra Dennis (Barry), Tania Blanton (Clay Boone) and Kelley Higdon; his grandchildren, Olivia Saltsman, Alex Madison, Nik Madison, Clay Dennis, Shelby Dennis, Avrie Milliner, Haley Milliner and Brantlee Blanton; and his siblings, Joe Ed Milliner (Carol), Boyd Milliner, Jenny Powell, Treva Toohey (Bobby), Joyce Hartlage (James) and Deloris Cockriel. He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
