He is survived by: his wife Elaine Maulden; his children, Josh Maulden of Vine Grove, Amy White of Clarkson and Christy Johnson of Clarkson; his sibling Charlie Maulden of Clarkson; his grandchildren, Taylor, Caleb, Hannah, Gabriel and Alaina; and his great grandchildren, Addison, Landon, Kayleigh, Kingston and Kayden.
