Ethelyn Decker Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ethelyn Decker (Clarkson, Kentucky), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 28, 2025 at the age of 85. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Ethelyn Decker to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Huffman and Sylvia Huffman; her husband Grover Decker; and her siblings, Odell VanMeter, Louise Huffman, Loretta Huffman, Clevie, Colbert, Silas and Tommy Huffman.
She is survived by: her son Kenny (Robin); her grandchildren, Cortney Farris (Jason) and Aaron Decker (Heather); her great grandchildren, Tyler, Liam Harrell, Peyton, Max Decker and Zack Farris; her brother Duard Huffman; and her siblings-in-law, Carolyn Hesson, Brenda Huffman and Dudley Decker.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Rogers Funeral Home (115 W Main St, Clarkson, KY 42726). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Antioch General Baptist Church Cemetery Fund.
