He is survived by: his wife Kay Milliner of Leitchfield; his children, Brittany Huff (Elton) of Clarkson, Brennon Milliner (Meagan) of Upton and Blake Milliner (Dylan) of Leitchfield; his grandchildren, Dylan, Jacob, Jonney, Wyatt, Sophie, Tucker, Olivia, JoAnna Lynn, Collin, Dean and Lucille; his great grandchild Harrison; his brothers, Timmy Milliner (Kathy) of Leitchfield and Joe "Pud" Milliner of Leitchfield; his siblings-in-law, Allen Clemons of Leitchfield, Sidney Williams (Brenda) and Julie Green (Mike); his nieces and nephews, Brandy Dermitt (Brad), Brad Clemons (Ali), Matt Milliner (Jasmine), Adam Milliner, Mandi Towne, Amelia Milliner, Alyssa Milliner and Emily Nichols (Curtis); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Isaac, Brayden, Breanna, Caroline, Pierce, Emerson, Evander, Lydia, Lincoln and Julia.
