He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton Metcalf and Pearl Biringer Metcalf; and his nephew Greg Robbins. He is survived by: his wife Marsha Haycraft Metcalf; his children, Tairrel Haycraft (Lisa) and Falon Hook (Michael); his grandchildren, Andrea, Ethan, Eli, Ella and Meadow; and his sister Carol Robbins of Centerville, OH..
He was a member of American Legion Post 81, and the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation.
