Though Jack may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Jack touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. He was predeceased by: his parents, Hazel Chambers and Albert Prunty; his wife Leonia "Cotton" Chambers; and his sisters, Suzie and Brenda.

He is survived by: his children, Dwayn Chambers (Emily) and Dedra Riddle (Mickey). He is also survived by six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren.
