He was predeceased by: his parents, Dent Mudd and Evelyn Stith Mudd; his daughter Danissa Mudd Lewis; and his siblings, Allen Ray, Joseph Leo, Elizabeth Ann, Julia Beatrice, Betty Jean and Sister Anne Michelle Mudd.
He is survived by: his wife Sue Hagan Mudd; his sons, David and Daniel (Nancy); his grandchildren, Nina, Jude, Hope, Miles, Asher and Lucy; his great grandchild Willow; his siblings, Ralph Mudd, Martha Hill (Leon) and Sondra Gavieres (Vince); and his siblings-in-law, Mike Hagan, Joyce Mudd and Darlene Hagan.
