He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnnie Green Brewer and Alma Chester; his son Christopher Branden Brewer; and the parents of child, Johnnie Green Brewer and Alma Chester.
He is survived by: his children, Haley Smith (Chris) of Gloucester, Virginia, Johnny Brewer and Kevin Brewer of Powell County; his grandsons, Christopher and Trey Smith; and his siblings, Sheila Riggs (Rick) of Stanton, Brenda Allen of Stanton, Teresa Harkins (Sammy) of Greenville, Patsy Jones of Decatur, Carl Brewer of Hinesville, Georgia and Danny Brewer of Stanton. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
