He is survived by: his stepchildren, Michael Meadows (Ashlee) of Lexington, Ryan Meadows (Heather) of Somerset, Kentucky and Hope Hall (William) of Clay City, Kentucky; and his siblings, James Owen Miller of Clay City, Mark Douglas Miller of Richmond, Kentucky and Lisa Faulkner (Jerry) of Clay City. He is also survived by 5 step grandchildren.
