He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Mullins and Ruth Rose Mullins; and his sisters, Alma Jean Snowden and Betty Fountain. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Perry Mullins of Clay City, Kentucky; his sons, Robert Mullins (Angie) of Richmond and Raymond Mullins of Lexington, Kentucky; and his siblings, Marcus Mullins of Clay City, Kentucky, Elsie Ritchie of Winchester and Dorrita Mullins of Clay City, Kentucky.. He is also survived by four grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
