She was predeceased by: her husband Burt Lane; her parents, Leland Daniels and Ruth Hepburne Daniels; her children, Alvin Choate and Teresa Choate; and her siblings, Don Daniels, Shirley Daniels and Unita Sawickis.
She is survived by: her children, James Choate (Barbara), Sharon Balwin and Debbie Baker. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Wells Funeral Home (777 W College Ave, Stanton, KY 40380).
