He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Meadows and Fannie Campbell Meadows; his son Larry Bradley Meadows; his siblings, Trulan Meadows, Kenneth Meadows, Roger Meadows, Everett Meadows, Freda Taylor and Eunice Babcock; and his grandson Aaron Micheal Cockrell.
He is survived by: his children, Micheal Cockrell of Clay City and Krista Stevenson (Derek) of Lexington; his siblings, Clifford Meadows of Pilot View and Nancy Freeman of Winchester; his grandchildren, Justin Meadows, Kelsey Parker (Dustin), Chase Kennon, Taylor Cockrell, Nicholas Cockrell, Daylen Massey and Jaylee Stevenson; and his great grandchildren, Hayden Ritchie, Easton Parker, Rhyder Kennon and Aiden Berry.
