She was predeceased by: her parents, John Fulks and Mary Fulks; and her siblings, Thomas Fulks and Dorothy Clemons. She is survived by: her children, Joseph Creech (Savanna) of Richmond and Tamara Buckler (Doug Carmichael) of Clay City. She is also survived by six grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
