He was predeceased by: his parents, Delly Shuler and Allie Shuler; and his siblings, Donald Shuler and Bonnie Rogers. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Shuler of Corinth; his children, Timothy Hayden, Windell Parnell and Carol Jeannie Koettel; and his siblings, Walter Shuler and Enna Jean Oney. He is also survived by four grandchildren, three great grandchildren.
