He was predeceased by: his parents, George Puckett and Catherine Odell Puckett; and his sister Anna Mae Beabout. He is survived by: his wife Sue; his daughters, Michelle Donaldson (Mike) of Nebo and Tammy Hunter of Madisonville; his brother Kenny Puckett (Brenda) of Clay; his grandchildren, Danielle Perry (Scotty), Mason Donaldson (Madi), Will Hunter and Sterlin Hunter; and his great grandchild Hayden Perry.
