He is survived by: his wife Judith Ann Owen (Rich); his stepson Robert Allen Watson (Joy) of Lexington, Kentucky; his daughter Millissa Cher Owen of Wheatcroft, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Michael Gardner of Lexington, Kentucky and Marriah Littrell (Ben) of Harrodsburg, Kentucky; his great grandchildren, John, Tony, Elijah Littrell and Lennox Vazquez; his pet Rayna; and his siblings, Angela Perkins, Arnella Farmer, Margie Pohl, Grady Owen and Roy David Owen. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
