He is survived by : his daughter Jenna Farley of Newnan, GA; his granddaughter Ramiah Key of Newnan, GA; his son Chad Farley of Louisville, KY; his grandson Major Farley of Bowling; his brothers, Rick Farley of Providence, KY and Lynn Farley of Virginia; and also Sadie.
