He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Hanor and Myrtle Hanor; and his siblings, Jean Henderson, Charlotte Wright, Charles Hanor Jr. Bayne Hanor and David Hanor.
He is survived by: his sons, Charles Hanor, Kyle Hanor and James Hanor; and his siblings, Sharon Clark of Clay, Frank Hanor (Cecilia) of Clay and Donny Hanor of Marion. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
