He was predeceased by: his son Shane Miller; his grandson Gary Michael Miller; his son-in-law Chucky Daniel; his parents, Johnny Sr. Miller and Audrey Mullins Miller; and his siblings, Carl "Scrub" Miller, Johnny Jr. "Bug" Miller, James Miller, Lee Collins, Delphia Fraley and Kansie Collins Marshall.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ann Miller; his daughter-in-law Melva Marie Miller; and his sisters, Lillian Dunn, Rita Burnsworth, Helen Miller and Daisy Barnett. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.
