She was predeceased by: her husband Marvin Meadows; her parents, Nathan Combs and Eva J. Landrum Combs; and her son Charles Paul "Chuck" Meadows. She is survived by: her children, Anthony Lynn "Tony" Meadows, Sandy Rhea Meadows and Teresa Dawn Meadows; her grandchildren, Shana Clary (Adam), Tasha Bowlin (Mike), Keesha Watts, Tyler Meadows (Clarissa) and Nathan Meadows; and her great grandchildren, Ella Bowlin, Brody Bowling, Landon Clary, Raelee Blue Clary and Memphis Meadows.
