Hamm, Landon Hamm, Ariana Hamm, Brooke Hamm and Alyssa Hamm; grandparents: Malcom & Darlene Cassidy and Sam & Merle Wooten; in-laws: Stephanie Craft (mother of Cassandra) and Geoffrey Craft (brother of Cassandra); aunt: Lisa Cassidy Lofton; cousin: Michael St. Clair; best friend: Cobey Stuter; pallbearer: Codie Hayes and Hayden Hunt; officiant: Rev. Mike Ishmael; and many nieces, nephews, and extended family members.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the New Creation Praise and Worship Center. A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
