He was predeceased by: his parents, William Hollie Stamper and Ethel Lambert Stamper McBrayer; his grandparents, William L., Arvilla Crum Lambert, Jack and Renda Sublett Stamper; and his sister Judy Stamper Dunaway Riggsby.
He is survived by: his wife Gail Howard Stamper; his son Stan Dominic Stamper of Clearfield; his granddaughter Elizabeth Ann Stamper; his aunt Bessie Lambert of Clearfield; and his nieces, Michelle and Stephanie Dunaway.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Clearfield Cemetery (Clearfield Cemetery Rd, Kentucky 40313).
