With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Doug Hart of Clementsville, Kentucky, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 30, 2024 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Julius Lee and Carol Elizabeth Klusmeier Hart; and his sister Carol Ann Mueller. He is survived by: his wife Dana Thomas Hart; his children, Collin Hart (Kyla) of Mt. Washington and Carley Hart (Jared); his siblings, Bill Hart (Lois) of Louisville, Bob Hart (Kathy) of Shelbyville, Susan Hart of Louisville and Mary Lou Edrington of Louisville; his grandchildren, Nevaeh and Bentley; and his siblings-in-law, Dwight, Kathy Hazelwood of Hillview, Michael, Donna Thomas of Northern, KY and Coca-Cola.
In lieu of flowers, donation may be made to the American Heart Association, in Doug's memory.
