He is survived by: his wife Nicole Perkins; his father Louie Eugene Perkins; his brothers, Anthony Eugene Perkins (Patty) and Christopher Louis Perkins (Tera); his children, Mariah Lang (Hunter), Dystini Badgett, Jaylen Moore, Zachary Perkins (Melanie), Drew Perkins, Damion Whitmer and Dylon Whitmer; and his grandchildren, Huntlee Ann Lang and Annie Kate Perkins. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
