He is survived by: his wife Effie Mae Scarbrough Sears of Clifty, KY; his daughters, Amy Wingfield (Jason) of Rosewood, KY and Valerie Powell (Eric) of Allegre, KY; his grandchildren, Logan Smith, Jacob Smith, Abby Powell and Gabrielle Powell; and his siblings, Marvin Chandler (Martha) of Elkton, KY, Jane Butler (Russell) of Clifty, KY and Brenda West (Gary) of Hopkinsville, KY. He is also survived by Several nieces and nephews.
