She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Combs and Louise Rager Combs; her husband Howard Franklin Settle; her daughter Brenda Hobgood; and her grandson Seth Settle.
She is survived by: her children, Howard David Settle of Cadiz, KY, Rhonda Davis (Barry) of Hopkinsville, KY and Loretta Francis (Mark) of Greenville, KY. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; twenty-one great grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren.
