It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John G. Lyman of Clinton, Kentucky, who passed away on September 20, 2025, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Lyman and Rachel Lyman; his siblings, Mary Lou Lyonhurst, Brenda Terry, Larry Gene Lyman, Robert Lyman, Leeroy McDaniel, Raymond McDaniel and Paul McDaniel; and his nephews, Shane Lyman, Josh Lyman and Teddy McDaniel.
He is survived by: his children, David Lyman (Melissa Miller) of Metropolis, Nicki Brown (Darryl) of Clinton, Kayla LeAnn Lyman of Clinton and John Matthew Lyman (Katie) of Bardwell, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Montana Lyman, Armando Lyman, Adriana Lyman and Lily Lyman; and his siblings, Kathleen Grubbs (Randy) of Clinton, Betty Green of Mayfield, Patricia Burgess of Clinton, Jerry Lyman of Clinton, Kevin Lyman of Clinton, Mike Lyman of Mayfield, Gary Lyman (Betty) of Clinton and Charles McDaniel (Mary Jane) of Clinton.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Arlington (501 Walnut St, Arlington, KY 42021). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, September 24th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Oakwood Cemetery (2265 Hickman Rd, Clinton, KY 42031).
