She was predeceased by: her parents, Everet Dockery, and Ila Cauthorn Dockery, Sr.; and her siblings, Everet Dockery, Jr. and Frankie Hedrick. She is survived by: her husband Robert "Bobby" Smith of Clinton; her daughter Abbey Dial of Hickman; her granddaughters, Samantha Bowles and Tabitha Holder; her great grandchildren, Jay Lee Vera-Martinez, Lily Critser, Shalise Bowles and Presley Longman; her nieces, Susan Hedrick Wood and Faith Hedrick; her cousins, Betty LeClere and Odessa Beasley; and her sisters-in-law, Sue Doering and Marie Walker.
