He was predeceased by: his parents, Girt Frizzell and Alta Frizzell (Tucker); and his sisters, Martha Jane Dennis and Carol Sue Featherstone. He is survived by: his wife Tina Dodson Frizzell; his children, Michael Chad Frizzell (Chrystal), Devin Kiel Frizzell (Jessica), Shelly Mullins (Ryan) and Amber Matlock (Codi); and his sisters, Linda Jo Floyd, Hilda McGee (Glynn) and Mary Ann Getz (Bob). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
