He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Tarver and Mignon Puckett Tarver; his wife Peggy Cunningham Tarver; his brothers, Phil Tarver and J. T. Tarver; and his great grandchild Eli Christopher Scott Foley.
He is survived by: his daughter Melissa Kelly of Paducah; his stepsons, Mark Clark of Clinton and Dale Clark (Lori) of Benton; his sister-in-law Barbara Tarver; his nieces, Kelli Dalton, Kristin Hayden and Kim Watts; and his parents-in-law, Leroy and Mary Cunningham. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren.
