She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Steve "Moon" Mullins; her father Bobby Gene Cobb; and her brother Robert Cobb. She is survived by: her mother Shirley Jackson; her stepfather Danny Jackson of Clinton; her sons, Brandon Wilber (Amanda) of Fulgham and Robert Mullins (Carol) of Fulgham; her siblings, Ruth Ferguson (David) of Clinton, Greg Lomax (Maria) of Mayfield and Jeff Lomax (Theresa) of Mayfield; and her boyfriend Kevin Ross. She is also survived by Several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Brown Funeral Home - Clinton (420 Mayfield Rd, Clinton, KY 42031). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
