He was predeceased by: his parents, Riley Osteen and Dorothy Warren; and his sisters, Donna Kay Reed and Tina Lynn Warren. He is survived by: his former wife Sherry Osteen; his children, Kelly Waggoner (Marc) of Mayfield, Kimberly Dawn Goetz of Mayfield, Kentucky and Tommy Osteen Jr. (Melanie) of Clinton, Kentucky; his brother John Jeffrey Warren of Mayfield, Kentucky; his aunt Doris Moss of McConnell, Tennessee; and his grandchildren, Kendall Osteen, Cameron Bean Wilson, Zachery Goetz, Ivy Osteen, Taylor Osteen West and Avery Elizabeth Anderson. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
