He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Blevins; his sons, James (Melissa) and Jeremy (Robin); his grandchildren, Emilee, Ella and Ezra; his siblings, Dart (Russell Bellar), Jan (Richard Saylor), Billy (Diane Blevins) and David (Linda Blevins); his sister-in-law Christine Blevins; and his close friends, Terry Loving, Jim Collett, Michael Green, Gene Green and Carl Wagner.
