He was predeceased by : his father John Lester Stephens; and his sister Lori Renee Stephens Rowe. He is survived by : his wife Lisa; his mother Blanche Skidmore Stephens Osborne; his children, Brandy Hall of Kendalville, IN, Stephanie Elledge of Ukiah, CA, Erica Farley, Lacey Stephens of Barbourville, KY and Taylor Roark; and his brothers, Nicholas Stephens of Coldiron and Gregory Stephens of Coldiron. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, along with several other relatives and dear friends.
