It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Sherry Faye Long of Coldiron, Kentucky, who passed away on October 12, 2025, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Brock and Macie Brock; her brother Danny Brock; and her in-laws, Roger Lewis Long, Joyce Simpson and Jeanette Barbay.
She is survived by: her husband David Long; her sister-in-law Nancy Brock; her sibling's children, Dewayne and Sheila; and her in-laws, Virgil "Buddy" Long (Shelby), Shirley Long, Nona Carmical (Jack), Jan Rose Blanton (Vernon) and Dell Long. She is also survived by other nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Coldiron Church of God. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
