She was predeceased by: her father Billy Smith. She is survived by: her mother Mona "Katie" Smith of Louisville; her close friend Tim "Prill" Moore of Columbia Three; her daughters, Michelle Green (Ray) of Indianapolis, Billie Kay Wilson (Todd) of Columbia and Natalie Moore of Columbia; and her siblings, Michael Smith (Aleluia) of Columbia, Larry Smith (Mildred) of Columbia, Susan "Tinker" Smith of Columbia, Kelly Bohman of Columbia, Judy Smith of Columbia and Lisa Smith of Columbia.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Grissom-Martin Funeral Home (200 Campbellsville St, Columbia, KY 42728). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
