She is survived by: her sons, Mitchell Hadley of Columbia, KY, Jeffrey Hadley (Kim) of Columbia, KY, Jerry Hadley (Vickie) of Jamestown, KY, Frankie Hadley (Rejeena) of Columbia, KY, Billy Hadley (Patricia) of Columbia, KY, Anthony Hadley (Lori Kelsey) of Russell Springs, KY and Chris Hadley of Columbia, KY; her grandchildren, Kyle Hadley, Ashley Burns, Kristy Claywell, Joshua Hadley (Kassey), Mariah Peters (Joe), Kenisha Kelsey (Ryon), McKenzie Myers (Austin) and Karlee Kelsey; and her siblings, Donnie Bunch (Patty) of Glensfork, KY and Helen Meece of Somerset, KY. She is also survived by eleven great grandchildren.
