He is survived by: his children, Maddex, Lennox and Ava Lee; his father Delphus Lee; his stepmother Cindy Lee of Columbia, KY; his siblings, Barbie Miller (Sam) of Bowling Green, KY and Craig Lee (Tori) of Mobile, AL; and his stepsister Kristy Lee of Owensboro, KY.. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 30th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home (210 Greensburg St, Columbia, KY 42728). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 30th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to the funeral home to assist with funeral expenses.
